Male/Female adjustment factor: We will multiply women’s weights x 1.66 to achieve final scores for this workout.

Score = total DU + total weight

Notes: Both partners may help in the loading and unloading of weights. We will only provide male 45 lb barbells on the day of competition.

Note: All rx’d and scaled male athletes will use a 45 lb male olympic barbell. Female scaled will use a 15lb training bar loaded with 10lb plates.
