June 23rd  Starts at 9am and goes until 2pm!

Partner Competition with Male/Male Female/Female and Co-Ed teams allowed.  There will be a scaled and RX division with winners in the RX division.

WOD 1

Both RX and Scaled

9 Minutes to find your heaviest weight in the following complex:

1 Hang Squat Clean +1 Squat Clean + 1 push Jerk

 

Workout Standards

  • Must perform a deadlift to the hang position before beginning complex
  • Hands cannot leave the bar at anytime and must be touch and go
  • Resting the bar on the ground while hands remain on the bar is NOT allowed.
  • Knees, hips and shoulders must be aligned with a full lockout at the top to complete the complex.
  • Push Jerks are only allowed
  • Split Jerks are NOT allowed.
  • The score for all female athletes will be multiplied by 1.45

Workout Standards

  • Rower monitor must be reset every round
  • The Cal Row cannot be partitioned
  • Deadlifts must start on the ground.
  • You must show full lockout and alignment of the knees and hips with shoulders behind the bar at top to complete the deadlift.

Workout standards

  • Burpees may be performed lateral or bar facing. RX must be two foot take off and landing for jump over the bar. Scaled may step over.
  • Power snatches must start from the ground and show full lockout at the top with feet in line with the body and barbell over the midline of the body.
  • Box Jumps must show full hip extension and control at the top of the box.
  • Wall balls must show hip crease below the knee crease at bottom of the squat and middle of ball must clear the target.
  • Thrusters must show hip crease below the knee crease at the bottom of the squat and show full lockout at the top with feet in line with the body and barbell over the midline of the body.
