Crossfit Teens

CrossFit Teens is geared towards 11-15 year olds of ALL fitness and skill levels. This program will increase fitness through constantly varied, age-appropriate, movements that will be performed at a high intensity in a friendly and supportive environment. The focus of CrossFit Teens is not only to develop the athlete’s physical fitness, but also to create friendships and confidence as we set goals and surpass them!

Classes run in 5 week sessions 3 times a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
