September 11th – October 23rd

The submission fee is $60 for members and $120 for non members (includes SHRED membership for the 6 weeks).

1st Place winners will be awarded to both male and female. Winners will receive cash prizes!!!

Rules for entering and completion of the challenge:

Must complete start-up pictures on September 11th and completion pictures on October 23rd (front, back and side in same outfit)

Start-Up and Completion – pictures must contain the September 11th/October 23rd dates in order to be deemed valid.

Start-Up and Completion weight must contain the September 11th/October 23rd dates in order to be deemed valid.
Also, must choose one day a week to weigh in and submit weekly “weigh-in’s” to Shawn or Martha.

Start-Up and Completion body fat measured at gym – September 11th/October 23rd dates.

Must complete 3 or more Crossfit Caldwell classes per week for the duration of the Challenge.
Classes must either be Crossfit, Shred or both. Yoga is also permitted as an additional class but not as an exchange for Crossfit or Shred.
If Yoga is chosen please keep a personal track of that class.
BTWB must have a record of your 3 or more Crossfit/Shred class attendance record.
Coach Shawn or Coach Martha can assist with logging you into BTWB.

Participants may choose the diet of their personal preference to compete!
Participants may also choose to pay an additional $40 for Coach Shawn’s or Coach Martha’s suggested nutrition/dieting guidelines.
Judging for the Winners will be based on following Scoring System (Total Points Accumulated):

1 point for every ½ lb lost per week.
2 points for every 1lb lost per week
3 points every 1.5lbs or more lost per week.
1 point for every ½ % of body fat lost at the end of the challenge.
