How do I get started?

Free Shred Class (Optional)

If you are new to CrossFit or new to the area, come in to experience our program for free!  We offer a free 1 hour class for all new athletes. You will experience what its like to be in the group, meet some coaches and just get an overall feel of our place.  All CrossFit workouts are infinitely scalable and can be adjusted to any fitness level regardless of experience and physical ability.

Ready to Start Now?  A firm grasp of our foundational movements is essential for the safety and effectiveness of the CrossFit programming. To that end, we need to spend more time with new athletes and give them a solid grounding in the fundamentals. New athletes will be introduced to the movements and methodologies of CrossFit over 3 private sessions that are now included with your first months membership.
