The Youth FIT program at CrossFit Caldwell is designed for children who are looking to have fun while exercising. Each class we will teach proper movement patterns and help develop body awareness all through functional fitness.
The classes are instructed by highly certified trainers that have many years of experience working with children.
The program will physically prepare children for the demands of life by encompassing all ten general physical skills; strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and accuracy.
Each session will run for 6 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45-4:30pm. Children of all fitness levels from 8-12 years old may join.
1x /week = $120
2x /week = $220 $25 drop-in fee.
